About Ardor Cellars
Ardor Cellars is a Rhone varietal driven winery located in the heart of Walla Walla, Washington. We first met owner Emma Kubrock in July of this year on a trip east. Emma's husband, Brandon was driving a combine at the time harvesting the 2017 wheat crop. A farming tradtion that has been apart of his family for several years.
Emma & Brandon make five different Syrahs with fruit that is sourced from some of the best vineyards in the state of Washington. The Art den Hoed Syrah struck a cord with us with it's gorgeous floral and elegant aromatics. We are thrilled to have Ardor Cellars Art den Hoed Syrah at Farm Shed and bring it to your table to share with friends and family.
Ardor Cellars Art den Hoed Syrah
On The Nose
Smell fresh blueberries, ripened plums, black olive and homemade cranberries cooking on the stove with spices.
The smell of this Syrah takes you to the silt and loam filled soils located in the Art den Hoed Vineyard which was planted in 1999
On The Lips
Taste ripened blackberries, dark cherry married together with a mixture of different baking spices, a hint of cherry cola & plum skins.
A perfect testament to the cooler side of the Art den Hoed vineyard located in the Yakima Valley.
On The Table
Pair Witha T-Bone Steak topped with herbed butter, Cowboy Ribeye Tomahawks with Rosemary, an Irish Lamb Stew or Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon
